your order.
If payment for the appraisal is to be paid by the broker/client or person/company ordering the appraisal, you
have 60 days to pay for the appraisal.  If the appraisal is not paid for within 60 days from the invoiced date on
the invoice page of the appraisal, further fees will be added in the amount of $25.00 per week until the invoice is
paid in full.  Also, further action up to, and including collection agencies,  possible lawsuit, and property liens
will be used as a method of collection on unpaid appraisal.
