As an appraiser we have two things to worry
about, sometimes they are competing interest, and
we as appraisers are left in the middle, trying to
keep clients happy who do not understand the
position we are in.  It helps to have some working
knowledge of both.  A lack of understanding of
either can have a devastating impact on your
business and your life.
