Cincinnati: The market saw a decline in home values of -6.4%, and units sold declined by 17% Columbus: The market saw a decline in home values of 6.1%, and units sold declined by 12.8% Dayton: The market saw a decline in home values of 5%, and a units sold declined by 16.1% Wrist: (Areas north of Dayton Including Miami, Clark, Champaign, Logan, Shelby, Mercer, and Auglaize) this market has seen a decline of 5%, with a 4.6% decrease in units sold West Central/Lima: The Lima market saw an overall decline of 10.6%, with a 3.5% INCREASE in units sold Statewide we saw a decline of 8.2% for home values, and units sold decreased by 14.5% |
